Can opposing counsel subpoena my time records from you?

They can try. We have nothing to produce — your data syncs to your personal iCloud, not our servers. We never see or store your case data.

What if I lose my phone during a case?

Your data syncs encrypted to iCloud. Get a new device, restore with your 12-word recovery phrase. Case data stays secure — a lost phone doesn't mean compromised case files.

Can I track mileage and expenses?

Time tracking is our focus. For mileage/expenses, export your location notes and handle separately. Full expense tracking is on our roadmap.

Do you have multi-user for my firm?

Each investigator uses their own account with their own keys. This is by design — no central point of data access. Export and aggregate time in your case management system.

Can I share access with my client (the attorney)?

You export reports and send them. Attorneys don't get access to your Tenths account. This maintains proper separation and your work product control.
